With a strong portfolio of over 200 successfully managed projects, Elly Shobeiri is well known for her role as project manager to many large firms with a knack for setting deadlines and objectives to attain a large goal. She continued her long career for fifteen years and was credited by her employer with some of the company’s most successful projects, and quickly rose in the ranks as her organizational, leadership, and creative thinking skills were recognized, and she became technical discipline lead in Darlington Nuclear Reactor Refurbishment project. Love of connecting with people, thinking big, and her leadership and management skills, In 2019, she decided to pursue her dreams of being a business development manager for nonprofit organization and joined Radio SEDA, where her mission is to help the company grow by forming strategic partnerships and expand the company services internationally.
Elly is a licensed Professional engineer in Canada and holding professional project management certificate in addition. She is an active member of Women in Nuclear in Canada and mentors Yonge individuals who are new to the industry. She graduated from Concordia university with a master’s degree in Electrical engineering as well as Marketing certificate from University of Toronto where she began developing her own initiatives for business development and Marketing.
